Comcast also received an award for Direction. This award is given to a company that adheres to a strong, clear strategic direction and communicates it effectively with employees. This award was based on based on standout scores for employee responses to specific survey statements, including “I have confidence in the leader of this company,” “This company operates by strong values” and “I feel genuinely appreciated at this company.”
