Comcast Welcomes First Customer in Sublimity, Oregon

Comcast is officially live in Sublimity, Oregon—and we’re thrilled to welcome our very first residential customer, Neil B., a proud veteran who recently moved to the area from California.

Neil was already familiar with Xfinity, having used it in his previous home. “It has been a pleasure to have Comcast in my house,” Neil said. “Wish they had been here sooner.” Neil’s story is one of connection—both digital and personal. He celebrated the installation with his beloved dog Rusty, who joined him in photos marking the milestone.

As part of Comcast’s commitment to giving back, Neil selected the Sublimity Harvest Foundation to receive a donation on his behalf. The Foundation supports local community initiatives and reflects the spirit of Sublimity’s close-knit values.

Comcast’s expansion into Sublimity is part of a broader effort to bring multi-gig symmetrical Internet speeds, mobile, entertainment, and security services to more than 600 homes and businesses in the area, with plans to reach an additional 785 locations by the end of 2025.
