We have some exciting news for our Salem community! After several months of repairs, the Xfinity Store at Willamette Town Center has reopened its doors. Located at 831 Lancaster Dr. NE, Suite 173, our store is ready to welcome back customers with a fresh new look and the same great service.
During the repair period, we operated a temporary express store that provided essential service and sales support. Customers looking for Xfinity Mobile inventory or making cash payments were directed to our Keizer Station store at 6075 Ulali Drive Northeast, Suite 101, which will continue to be available for anyone in the area needing these services.

Now, with the repairs complete, our fully restored Salem Xfinity Store is back to its regular hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Our Salem store assists approximately 9,000 to 10,000 guests each month and offers a full range of Xfinity services, including Xfinity Mobile sales. Our dedicated employees are thrilled to return to their home location and continue providing exceptional service to the community.
